Sweet Potatoes, cubed 1" pieces

Carrots, cubed 1" pieces
1 medium
Onion, sliced
1 cup
Apricot Preserves
1/2 cup
Teriyaki Sauce
1/8 teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup
Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon
Ginger
Step by Step Instructions
- Place chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, carrots, and onions in crock pot.
- Pour mixture over chicken and veggies and cook 6-7 hrs on low.
- Remove chicken and veggies. Thicken juices with 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
