Garlic Roasted Okra

Vegan!

Ingredients
1 pound Okra
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Melted plant butter

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Rinse, dry, and trim the ends off of the okra. Cut the okra into 3/4 inch pieces and into a bowl.
  2. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt together in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture and the melted plant butter over the okra.
  4. Spread the okra pieces out in an even layer across a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
